Natural materials including stone, wood, marble, ceramics and handmade products may contain variations in colour, texture, veining, shape or finish.
These natural variations are part of the character of the product and are not necessarily considered defects.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including:

8. DELIVERY
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless otherwise expressly stated.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe.
Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, customs, strikes or other unforeseen events.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
House of Murray is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
9. INSPECTION OF GOODS
Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number together with clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.
10. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Customers are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning change-of-mind purchases where they have been informed of that responsibility in advance.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
11. CUSTOM, BESPOKE & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Products made to the customer's specifications or which are clearly personalised may not be eligible for the standard 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right.
This includes, where applicable:
Customers are responsible for checking all measurements, specifications, colours and selected finishes before confirming a custom or bespoke order.
This does not affect rights relating to goods that are genuinely faulty or do not conform to the agreed specification.
12. CUSTOMER-CAUSED DAMAGE
House of Murray is not responsible for damage caused after delivery through:
For example, if a candle, tray, ceramic or decorative item is received in good condition and is later dropped or broken by the customer, this does not constitute a product defect.
Customer-caused accidental damage is not eligible for a refund or replacement unless otherwise required by law.
13. FAULTY OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS
These Terms do not remove or limit your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, defective or do not conform to the contract.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or non-conforming, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable Spanish and European consumer legislation.
14. CANDLES & PRODUCT SAFETY
Candles and other products involving heat or flame must be used responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep candles away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials.
House of Murray cannot accept responsibility for damage arising from improper or unsafe use of a product.
